1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users to evaluate our service:

  • The free trial includes access to all features and functionality of your chosen plan
  • No payment information is required during the trial period
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without any charges
  • Trial periods cannot be extended or renewed
  • Each user/organization is eligible for only one free trial

2. Subscription Plans

Email Inspect offers flexible subscription options:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly and automatically renewed every 30 days
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Billed annually and automatically renewed every 12 months
  • Subscription type is automatically detected based on your plan selection
  • All subscriptions include automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • You will receive email notifications before each renewal

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions:

  • If you mistakenly subscribed or are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment
  • The 7-day period starts from the date of your initial payment, not from the end of your free trial
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support system or by emailing support@emailinspect.com
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and cannot be combined with other offers

4. Subscription Renewal and Payment

Important information about subscription renewals:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew on the billing date unless cancelled
  • Payment must be completed within the renewal period to maintain service
  • Failed payments will trigger automated retry attempts for up to 7 days
  • You will receive email notifications about payment failures and upcoming suspension

5. Account Suspension and Data Loss

Important: Please read this section carefully regarding data retention.

Critical Timeline for Inactive Accounts:

  • Day 1-15: If payment fails or subscription is not renewed within 15 days, your account will be suspended
  • Day 16-22: Account remains suspended for 7 additional days with login disabled
  • Day 23+: All account data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

Detailed suspension process:

  • 15-Day Grace Period: After subscription expiration, you have 15 days to reactivate your account or make payment
  • 7-Day Suspension Period: If no payment is received within 15 days, your account is suspended and you cannot log in for 7 days
  • Data Deletion: After the 7-day suspension period (total of 22 days from expiration), all your data including:
    • DMARC aggregate and forensic reports
    • TLS reporting data
    • Historical analytics and trends
    • Domain configurations and settings
    • AI analysis results and recommendations
    will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations can be processed through your account dashboard or by contacting support
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of monthly or yearly subscriptions (except during the 7-day money-back guarantee period)
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to your data until your subscription period ends
  • Cancelled accounts follow the same data retention policy as expired accounts

7. Refund Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription time (except within the guarantee period)
  • Refunds for accounts suspended due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Refunds for data loss due to failure to renew subscription within the specified timeframe
  • Second or subsequent subscriptions (money-back guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers)
  • Refunds requested due to technical issues that were resolved within a reasonable timeframe

9. Data Export and Backup

To avoid data loss, we strongly recommend:

  • Regularly exporting your DMARC reports and analytics data
  • Setting up calendar reminders for subscription renewal dates
  • Enabling email notifications for billing and account status updates
  • Contacting support immediately if you experience payment issues

Note: Data export features are available in your account dashboard. We cannot recover data once it has been deleted after the 22-day period.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification to all active subscribers
  • Prominent notice in your account dashboard
  • Updates posted on our website

Continued use of the service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
