To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information:

• Account Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability:

• Uptime Target: We aim for 99.9% service uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance
• Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Service Interruptions: We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

• You acknowledge that email security involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated

You agree to indemnify and hold Email Inspect harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you provide to the Service
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and disputes will be resolved as follows:

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Email Inspect is incorporated
• Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first
• Arbitration: Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as outlined in our dispute resolution procedures
• Class Actions: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against us

We may update these Terms from time to time:
